Rylai's? Magic pen quints? Not a good guide?
ME NO GUSTA! :|
It depends on how you look at it, mate. Rylai's slows your opponent for as long as they remain in the cloud. With the immense damage output (through both runes, masteries and AP), this makes for good damage. Plus, with the slow, you're more than capable of keeping your enemies in the cloud. Might they get away from you, your adhesive or Fling can get them right back into the misery. Think thorougly before making these kinds of comments.
