I've noticed that Trundle's auto-attack resetting spell doesn't scale with attack speed (which is quite annoying because his E has a big AS steroid).
I'm curious as to which other spells have this bug or whatever I'm supposed to call it.

The easiest way to investigate this would be to just start a practice game and farm up 4 Recurve Bows and Berserker's Greaves. You can skip one recurve bow if you have AS marks(and use them ofc) and Alacrity . Point being that you need to have ~2 in attack speed (so that it's very noticeable if there's a bug or not).
I'm doing this through farming a Philo Stone to go with my GP10 quints+mastery and AFKing for 5 min at a time.
Then you just attack and get the hang of how fast you're attacking and then use your skill and see if there's a delay until the attack after.

Here's a list of champions with AA resetting skills and if they have the bug or not:
Trundle - yes
Renekton - yes
Leona - yes
Xin Zhao - not the same thing, but he has a (VERY) short delay on his 3 attacks.
Nasus - no
Yorick - no
Blitzcrank - no
Mordekaiser - no
Jax - no
Wukong(DON'T OWN HIM :( ) -
Talon(DON'T OWN HIM :( ) -
Poppy -
Garen -

Any help with the other would be greatly appreciated.

So this means that the animation takes so long, that you could've did one or more AA's in that time with 2 AS?

Exactly. You could have landed 1-4 hits during that time depending on your amount of attack speed. (about 2 if at 1.5)

I'm pretty sure Xin won't have it then, since his Q has no casting time/animation.

There's no casting time on any of these abilities...

Jax doesn't have this afaik, but it delays your next attack if you time your W bad.
Basically, if you cast your W immedeatly after an AA, there shouldn't be a problem. The W scales with AS if I am not terribly wrong.

Not what I was led to believe Searz.

Come to think of it, when would you ever have 2+ AS in an actual game?

Just tried Jax and his W scales with attack speed.

@Luther3000
Casting time=/=Animation.

Kassadin's Q has casting a casting time of ~0.05sec for example(which is just weird imo) and Fiddles' ult has 1.5sec casting time.

Well Xin's doesn't have an animation either as far as I'm aware, it just makes his spear go all glowy and he attacks again immediatly.
