Rammus. surprise entrance from you both, and 3 second taunt that lowers mr = dead champ. can also be a good soak, and tears towers for you. tanky, and not another ap carry. if you don't really care, cho is nice as well. high disruption, aoe, and can shield you from a ton of ****.

I would say a good champ for fiddle to lane with would be someone with ridiculous early damage. Someone like garen, or cait, or maybe sion? Basically, Fiddle is an aggressive laner, and need an aggressive lane partner. He cant just sit back and farm. his AA sucks and his moveset doesnt promote farming.
