too be honest I like Exhaust more,
exhaust slows targets, triggering his Mercy passive. I don't feel the use for ignite because Talon is so excellent at killing fast.. If his bleeding skill doesn't finish it, ignite wouldn't have either.
" Also upgrades your Sheen proc to 150% instead of 100%. *****in'!"
If I'm not mistaken, Sheen has been changed a while ago.
Sheen deals 80% more with the next attack, so (Trin Force) is an increase of 70%, just wanted to point that out.
This build is most definitely valid in my eyes, never used Lucidity boots, I'll try that someday!
While there are some aspects of that argument I agree with, I still prefer Exhaust to be a better choice for more tankiy champions. IMO, any more time spent near an enemy champion, either by chasing or 1v1'ing is a chance for them or their team to turn the tables against Talon. I therefore prefer to do full combo, maybe another stab or rake, ignite and run. It practically ALWAYS works.
And yes, for Dominion, I absolutely must say CD boots are a must. It gets your skills back up faster, and since there is a constant gold income, everyone will always have the means of which to do hefty damage, so in my eyes Ninja Tabi or Merc's are useless on Talon with this build, since he's so squishy that if he gets caught, hes pretty much dead.
