Yeah, obviously right now it doesn't matter, but there seems to be no sign of change.
It's hard to test when you have a ~1s delay for everything you do.

Your response was written at the same time as that, I'm about to edit this with a response to yours.
If Riot needs more EU staff, then they should get it. Saying "Well we're understaffed so you're going to suffer for it" is less than sufficient.
Racism doesn't imply atrocities, though it can mean that. It can be applied to Hitler, or to a random guy on the street throwing the n-word around.
They're not legally bound to do anything, though it can be greatly looked down upon, such as EA's recent Origin ToS thing. Though that wasn't illegal, it was greatly looked down upon, and most people didn't like it, and agreed it made EA look bad as a business.
I know EU having a higher player base doesn't make it a priority, in the same way NA doesn't get priority because they happen to live in the same place as Riot's head office. I want justification as to why it was NA rather than EU.
It's not just lack of staff - it's blatant refusal to post on the EU servers from some Riot staff. The server crew post and work on both servers, that's not the issue. As a quick example, Shurelia once posted on EU (I know, shocking!) saying she never does because she posted once and her post was downvoted, though the thread on the US where she mentioned sustain nerfs was downvoted to oblivion, though she still posts on there. Or posted, not sure if she's left Riot yet. Riot have the staff to do most things they want - they don't have exclusive EU or NA server staff, and I'm sure it's not hard for a multi million pound company to recruit some server staff, yet the server is NA.
Riot should be serving the whole rather than the greater piece most times, though at the moment they're ignoring the whole, and greater piece, and focussing on the lesser piece.

*shrugs* IDK what to tell ya. They're a business. I'm not saying what they're doing is right, but at the same time neither of us are there, we don't know how they operate. Things will work out if we let it.
