Imo, getting a fresh supply of wards (or something else, like a fancy new GP10 item) is more important than your boot upgrade, especially when they cost so much in support land

In seriousness though, she had 12 assists, two GP10 items and enough money to buy a Soul Shroud and an Amp Tome. So why not enough for boots upgrade?
