It's a good build it points out everything it needs too I enjoy the detail you put into it. Although I have to disagree with the title nocturne is much better utilized in lane, he has amazing pushing capabilities, he can still be all over the map to assure a kill by ganking with his ultimate, the combo would usually run R->Q->E->W->Q but ill give it a +1 ^_^

the masteries are fixed. the mana regen was not as required as the buff increas which accualy increases your blue buff! thx for noticing

I read through your build and i thought it was pretty nice, i like how specific you were on the jungle pattern, and though i usually jungle noc differently i like what you did and i want to try that for myself. I didnt like your masteries though, i agree that a 21/9 is amazing with noc, i didnt like that you didnt get the buff duration increase. Overall though i found this to be an exellent build option and i am excited to try a few ideas that you have given me.
