I think this is a very good build in general, and im buying almost the same items when im playing olaf. Bur i really dont understand why u take ur ultimate in lvl 12 and 18 instead of 11 and 17 !?

I'd probably change the Crit Chance runes (atleast some of them) To CD runes, and maybe get a wriggle's lantern to start with. Armor+Attack+Lifesteal+W+Free Ward=Profit!
Although I'm not a ranked player, I can clearly see that Olaf is not someone who builds on crit chance, his early game domination consists of Lifesteal+armor that Wriggle's gives you. Suggest you try the Wriggle's out, and maybe the CDR runes, as he can spam E more often with CD runes, or (Options, some may not be viable to your playstyle)
Movement Speed (Roamer)
Mana Regen (Spamming Q to farm/Harrass) Not Recommended, unless you have serious mana problems
Armor/MR per lvl (Survivability all the way)
Armor/MR flats (If you count on your late game so)(Also Jungler)
Health Regen (E Spam especially for early game and survivability)
Armor pen (If you want to do "True Damage" with basic attacks)

I don't think he needs other runes, atleast I can't think of any right now. Crit Olaf just doesn't hit it (pun not intended).

EDIT:Also, about the masteries: 1GoldIn10Secs gives you 6 Gold in one minute, and in ten minutes, 60 gold. in 30 mins, 180. At 60 mins, this means 360Gold. Thats 4.8 wards in one game. Doesn't sound too cool, eh? When I suggested Wriggle's, it also allows you to free up a mastery point, as you always have one ward every 3 mins, so 20 wards 60 mins. Maybe you'd like full 3% CDR, or Maybe 2 extra damage to minions (That might be VERY useful early/mid game) but 1G10s just isn't really worth the mastery point.

Bro i dont really need life steal because of "Vicious Strikes" gives a +21% at rank five and u really dont need much more than that, i just always make sure its not on CD or is active when i go into battle! :D but ty for the +1
