This is certainly a viable build for Shyvana however, my Shyvana build seems to work better for me. It leans into a more offtank-ish Shyvana whereas your guide lacks survivability. I would give my Shyvana guide a read-over just to see if you agree with some of my justifications.

Again nice guide, I just feel some of your Shyvana tweaks make her too squishy.

I do now have the Hextech, the sanguine blade is just not as effective as she does not do mostly physical damage. Also, no nerf for balanced Shyvana, yay!
Ah and new masteries are so perfect...
I will be making a Shyvana 5v5 tanky DPS carry-ish build soon, when my school backs down a bit and I get some Skyrim time done :D

i would stick a hextech gunblade in that build couse + spell vamp and lifesteal = life from all skills especially w nice build BTW

You say you focus on AD...but there's really not a lot of AD. You seem to focus a LOT more on actual AS than AD. a little AD, but mostly AS. Is that I'm saying. I love the build and follow it pretty much exactly as is and it's awesome on dominion. But isn't actual AD more like Infinity Edge, Sanguine Blade, that Dominion version of Frozen Mallet, or Black Cleaver, or other BF sword build-into's?

This build left me speechless. At one point in the game, I twoshotted their Warwick with Twin Bite. Pretty crazy.

I Really dont play Dominion but i gived a test to it and worked very nice +1 for ur guide and Work, in my opinion u should try for Dominion Quints of Speed movement and Glyph of Magic Resist, the Glyph of AS are rly bads :P

Great build, it give you high amount of damage with some surv. but I would take Deadliness instead Archmage`s Savvy.
Why ? 2% more in critical chance with 173% AS & 235 AD, deal 470 dmg around every 50 sec (if you constantly autoatack). Archmage`s gives you 10,8 AP on 18 level so every 50 sec you deal only 46,44 dmg (if you cast your spells whenever it`s possible and you have 0 rage) and I would spend one point from Offensive Mastery to Utility Mastery, longer buffs are better that 2 dmg to minions. But Archaic Knowledge is allright, without it you deal 296 from your ulti (if enemy have 35 MR), and with it 308 dmg.

I like the damage output of this build, but I seem to get kited very very easily.

-1 for now, I can understand runes being a personal choice but you say you take the AS runes so that you don't have to take the Berserkers and can focus on AD...yet you still have Berserkers as the main boots (Mercs in optionals) and don't really get a lot of AD.

I really like this build, though i personally usually build kitae's first, then into either phage or black cleaver, depending on if i'm having trouble keeping up with my opponents. (CC sucks) i also use boots of mobility for the additional speed, getting around the map a lot faster, and heading off opponents if my teammates can't catch an enemy in jungle after breaking a stormshield cap. i really like this build, and may try it. just wanted to comment on how i've been building so far, and having a lot of success with.
