I'm going to vote thumbs up on this, as it's similar to a build I saw a 2k+ elo S1 player use in dominion that just destroyed. He/She actually had a phantom dancer and Bloodrazor, but just tore things up. I was quite surprised at how beast the build was.

It's weird, but that's not a bad thing.

You might want to work on some coding and add Icons to help this guide out.
