Sion, Cassiopeia, Morgana, Cho'Gath(I'm Biased.), and Zilean all do pretty well.
Basically anyone who does more damage than him, can reliably hit him, or can spell vamp can beat him.

Yeah, she does. He needs those stuns to be really effective, and she can block those and his ult without caring too much.
I will say that it's fairly challenging to land her snare, but if you're quick on the shield, Kennen can't do much to her.
All in all, she has an advantage. A good Morg will beat a good Kennen, usually.
