Actually he can't use his ult when he is silenced. Try it.
I actually tried it and it's so fun. I pawned trynda 1v1 solo top. He tried to towerdive at lvl 6 and i silenced him so he couldn't use his ult :))) They swapped lanes :D:D:D

How about u replace this useless berzerker greaves with boots of ludicity for some cdr, berzerker greaves is only useful for yourself. I would vote something in between, considering that the other items are quite ok for an AD carry, but i can't vote positive. i know, in your opinion i shouldn't vote at all, but i think it's a constructive criticism here. lose the berzerker greaves, get something else.
This was a stupid thing to do. Are you serious? Revenge? Just because i told you starks on a support soraka is really not great. You are such a kid..i am sorry but i will have to report your vote. This is an attack speed soraka build, so the boots are right. You are wrong, sorry.
