He's basically a champ where if you hit 1 QE combo you are going to be able to kill them with your next full combo. He's an incredible laner and he scales very well into late game as well. Great poke, great farm, great burst, great aoe. What more do you want in an ap carry?

Xerath is an artillery piece, if the enemy team is dumb enough to ignore him....They're boned EVERY team fight. It's as simple as proper positioning and good cover from teammates to make you an asset.
SOOO not OP, simply very strong when your team plays with you properly....Like not starting a fight when you're right next to them type stuff.

Tower stance + magic penetration runes + items. Its like dealing true damage to somebody who doesn't massively build on MR.
