I like this skill sequence better than the other guides. Fear is some of the best CC in the game, maxing it out second so you can fear/drain combo seems more logical than what some of the other guides suggest.

Even though I think fiddle in the middle is completely powerless vs the true ap mid casters, the guide is very nice and deserves an upvote.
