Assuming this isn't a troll thread (with the way it's worded and the amazingly annoying colours you've chosen as your font), it's primarily because nasus is very easy to kite, given you have a competent team. As long as you don't hand him the opportunity to free farm a lane all game, Nasus is a very easy champ to pick off and gank.
If anything, nasus is a very very VERY situational champ for draft pick. He's an okay champ, but being okay isn't enough against a team that knows what Nasus can do.

Nasus is hard to shut-down in lane if you not so stupid to rush trinity oO
In a Teamfight he has a team that supports him to come to where he needs to.
In a 1on1 a autoattacker has zerochance
Even if his Q isnt THAT good farmed, his wither makes him still a worth pick.
The Problem is all ppl think they need to rush Trinity, and then fail.

In all seriousness though double gold stackers then a counter item then Triforce is such a solid way to build Nasus
OC you need to get those Mercs in there as well
Edit: Btw people keep saying Nasus is too easy to counter pick. I find Nasus doesn't really have many problems in the lane unless he is against a REALLY strong laner and generally only does bad if his team has fed the enemy team.

Nasus is underestimated. Hit lategame is incredibly strong. So is his midgame if he isn't shut down hard.
