I go with 11/10/9 on Nocturne and Xin, but 21/9 on WW. The 20% Buff duration does not seem as significant on him because after the first round I am usually giving blue buff to my mid and mid-late game I get frozen mallet so at that point I do not need the red buff.
To specify, I run these on Noc and Trundle atm.

Buff durations have never been must have for all junglers and never will be. They're good but often times there's better investments.
