As for which champs, pretty well any jungler in the game.

I assumed offense and defense, I meant what actual masteries. There are many options.

Though a lot more set ups are viable, especially if you're going for a transitional rune/mastery set up.
I myself think 21/9/0 is the best for most junglers, though 0/21/9 and 21/0/9 can be considered in special cases, it will be the main one.
I think that the 11 points in defence will be a VERY good reason for going the masteries you suggested, and tempt me quite a bit. However, they don't transition all that well into late game, and considering you play junglers like Amumu a lot - don't really fit your play style, imo. They're only really good for jungling focussed on jungling, transitional play styles/junglers won't benefit all that great from this, Bladed Armour does nothing late game, for example.
If anything I'd have expected you, Searz, of all people to go the traditional 21 in one 9 in the other, and me to go something you'd suggested, especially when I tend to go for focussed rune pages and mastery pages, whereas you, I'd assume would go for the latter.

I prefer the HP.
The armor doesn't do much more than the HP in the jungle anyways.

21/0/9 or 11/10/9 (or 10/11/9 depending on summoners') would be my choices for most physical damage junglers (WW being special).
After the first 11 masteries in offense I don't think you benefit all that much from the points below. At least not in the jungle. Stronger jungle=stronger midgame. Stronger midgame=stronger lategame.
