As first, I recommend you to click the first link in my signature. It will help you with the suggestions I'm about to make.

- Use list in pros/cons.
- 2x conclusion paragraph?
- Bad conclusion, anyways :P Now it seems like you expect that people will downvote you.

- Coding error in Summoner Spells section, you write Telport instead of Teleport.
- Good build, except that your items section doesn't say a thing about your boots :P
- Needs more color, paragraphs, pictures, screenshots, videos...
- If you haven't done it, turn on comment to vote. That way people who want to vote, will have to make a comment. Keeps lazy people away! :)
