MLG Got me all hot n bothered

LoL doesn't really have the ingame support for guilds that Battle.net had and most of the ones I was looking at on the Forums had some pretty strict ranked wins requirements. Currently I'm level 30 and I really want to start playing more ranked matches. However, the last 3 I joined had some premade members that were there to play the champion they wanted (though they were picking last), no matter what the team needed to counter or balance. Any suggestions will be welcome. I love this game and MLG really fired the competitive spirit back up. I'm done with wasting time playing games. I want to learn and develop with others. I think they would be a good place to start as I don't have to worry about the chance of someone on my team being completely incompetent or too stubborn to assist with the team composition.
