This is what I have heard haha. I think they would be a good place to start as I don't have to worry about the chance of someone on my team being completely incompetent or too stubborn to assist with the team composition.

My advice is to record your play. Being a pro gamer is all about convincing others you are good. Easier to do that with proof
Thats a good thought. What capture application do you recommend?

I got back from MLG in Providence last night and seeing all the competitive gaming really got me thinkin about how I'm not truly getting the LoL experience I want.
It mostly comes down to the fact that I spend nearly all my time in the world of public games (maybe with 1 or 2 of my buddies when they are randomly on).
I've been a longtime player of Dota-style games (WC3/SC2/Demigod/LoL) and I really can't get enough of them. After watching teams that work together, I'm really envious of the ability to join a game and not worry about a leaver, nub, or general d-bag there to ruin the game.
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for someone looking to join a casual guild?
LoL doesn't really have the ingame support for guilds that Battle.net had and most of the ones I was looking at on the Forums had some pretty strict ranked wins requirements.
Currently I'm level 30 and I really want to start playing more ranked matches. However, the last 3 I joined had some premade members that were there to play the champion they wanted (though they were picking last), no matter what the team needed to counter or balance.
Any suggestions will be welcome. I love this game and MLG really fired the competitive spirit back up. I'm done with wasting time playing games. I want to learn and develop with others.
Thanks!
