Yeah most definitely buff. I think we are going to see a lot of new things. A viable Shen jungle. Rammus with a good clear time. I bet that make Taric usable too, a Jungle support would be cool. I haven't fooled around with soraka yet but a full defense tree philo stone soraka running around support every lane? Jungle/roam support and you can put a heavy CC tank on bot with ad carry. Also what about Eve? is she viable again... I hope so. Alistar will be brutal now too. So much fun for Junglers! Huge Jungle buff! On top of all that CV is getting nerfed so you can't just track us in the Jungle. So many good things.
Tanky junglers in general got a huge buff with the damage on being attacked.

This basically removed the need for blue leash as well, which is incredibly sexy. It also give people who rarely jungle a chance to hop in and enjoy it on multiple champs. I love seeing a jungler in normal games all the time now ^^

Unfortunately half the junglers I see play now suck terribly. They either die at blue/red, refuse to gank any lane other than the 2 v 2 lane, or show up after the enemy in my lane recalls.

It's true that since more junglers are popping up, most are inexperienced. Thing is, its just a normal game. They gotta learn somehow lol.
Thing that I see is junglers either not wanting to leave jungle, fail at ganking, or just simply die to minions. All these things take time to perfect but they can't learn til they play more normal games for practice. Bots just don't cut it when it comes to learning to jungle.
