I think you could bone and zone hard enough early to win but YOU HAVE TO BONE AND ZONE.
If you let him start to finish items and get a bunch of levels in his Q and keep up with you, he will walk all over Olaf's face.
Also that lane is a 100% boot's 4 pots rush. ^_^

You have to be able to stay in the lane to farm ^_^
Olaf has the potential in a solo to zone Vlad faaar away from the creeps early.
He just has to ensure that he gets far enough ahead early to stay ahead early, and with the new heal spell it could be an annoying trick to do that.
