First time using this guide, went 17-3-12, also I'm only level 11 so it works!

Ehhhh change the boots or at least add options and add an abyssal sceptre as a situational item at least.

Nice guide, pretty much tells as all we need to know/already know about vlad. How about a tanky vlad guide :o Ive always been curious about him :P Seriosly though good guide, I used to love vlad before the nerf, I even wrote a guide that went to hell but w.e. This is defs one of my favourite builds but with ionian boots. +1
