Volibear Guide
The Healthiest Tank You Know
1. It's very expensive, and Voli doesn't get too much money early game, which will put you behind.
2. You have nearly no CD, which even you pointed out is one of Voli's major weaknesses.
3. Boots of Swiftness I believe are not needed on Voli with his speed buff, and there are more sensible boots for him (such as mercury's treads)
4. I find that the added damage from leveling "Majestic Roar" is far less useful than the added damage and C reduction of leveling "Rolling Thunder" first.
