**** something like this happened when i was working my malphite. i was going to go super detailed on all the items but somehow i deselected the text box and clicked backspace and it went back one page ugh it was so furiating.

Well I set up the new server to do a snapshot of the database every day at midnight. When did you lose your stuff? I can go into the last snapshot before that and get the version that's in there. I don't want to make a habit of doing that because it's a little time-consuming but, I know the feeling of losing an epic amount of work :(
I definitely recommend keeping a local copy of your guide anyways, as the guys said above. Of course, hindsight is always 20/20 :D

Also there are browser addons out there that save your work to your local system transparently as you go. You should check those out. I'd love to implement something like that right in the site at some point... Like every now and then it does a background save and maybe even keeps a limited number of revisions so you can go back if you make a mistake... More things for the Great List >_>
