I've played that matchup so many times. Every single time I play Renekton vs Nasus, the Nasus will have like 70ish armor at level 1 and I'll tear down his health like he's a Twitch.
Then Nasus hits level 10 and magically turns into a beast and takes a dump on me, even if I'm 100 cs ahead and 5 kills up

Nasus can come to lane with more armor than that if he wants. Renekton doesn't have a secret trick for this one, he's got some flat armor pen and that's it.
