You could also compare the gold valuae of the mastery tree to runes. Would show how goud masteries are if you compare them to runes.

Well, who could calculate me for the masteries, that they all have a valuae about 42,5;45;48,5;50;52,5g;55g/p. Per level should scale to 60,65,70,75,80,85g/p(at 18) and per kill and assist should start at 12,13,14,15,16,17g/p.
If you need to skill a mastery to get to another one, the g/p should increase by 10g/p, per level 15g/p(at 18) and kills/assist should increase by 4g/p.
(6 Numbers because of 6 tiers)
If I would calculate my masteries after this, I would have the perfect mastery tree. But some masteries can't be calculated very effectiveley.
