start off easy with Taric or Zilean then move onto Janna or Alistar

Soraka is technically the easiest champion in LoL.

Like a couple of others have said Zilean and Karma are both good and fun to play, and can deal a fair amount of damage themselves, which is good for low level play.

But all the standard supports (taric/soraka/sona/janna/alistar) are also good. Sona is probably the easiest out of those listed.

I love to play as Sona, it can look pretty simple, but knowing the ranges to hit enemies with Q, heal one champion instead of another with W or using her ult requires training.

You said that you liked Soraka, so a similar one is Taric. His heal isnt that good compared to Soraka, and he cant get free mana, but he's not so squishy and can stun, what helps a lot.

Janna is a great support too, kinda difficult to learn how to do things successfully, but very rewarding.

Taric is one of the best supports in game according to a lot of people, Janna and soraka are really great as well, but like they have said Janna has a rather high skillcap to be played effectively.

You should check out the Karma guide on here. The Comprehensive Karma Guide. Play with her a bit and learn from that guide, it teaches you stellar support and how to perceive the game from a support's eyes. Also a great guide to what to consider in terms of items to get every game. Very great start to help you be a great Karma support but also gives you things that will help your support role across all champs.
