Just because its not in the item order, doesn't me that I dont get it second. A early game Sheen is more powerful with its proc on Q than the spell vamp. You dont even need to rush hextach gunblade if you have doran's blade with hextach revolver.

You have no early spell vamp? You build GA but then how do you regen enough life after coming back? This guide makes no sense

util and no spell vamp? whats even the point? lichbane that early has no AP

Very solid build, and I don't just say that because I do a lot of the same things ;) the order on your core items of Rylai's->Lich bane->Deathcap->Hextech is one that I don't see super often, but it's the order I take in a great number of games. You should check out my masteries and runes on my build below, I ran 21/0/9 when I wrote the guide, and succeeded with it, but I've been running 13/0/17, and even putting in a movement quint, and starting with boots and pots, I believe I start out at 392 movement speed. It's ridiculous how much lane control it gives you, especially against people who didn't even pick up boots, and if you're good at juking, you basically NEVER get hit by skillshots. I'm pretty sure I haven't lost my lane mid since running this setup.
