That makes absolutly no sense, why would they refund your dodge runes just for you to buy them and get them refunded again?
That is what they said they are doing. And it makes sense, the first refund happens. Those who wish to still use dodge runes buy them back (significant less players with dodge runes). Then when dodge is removed, another refund is given.

It will take time to remove dodge runes from 15 million people (I figure at least 4 million don't have them). So they are removing them in stages. I still have mine and have regretted buying them since the day I got them. Glad to see them go. Once they do.

Yeah I've been waiting for this patch ever since I heard about the refund. I'm really lacking in my Seals category, and the 6+K that I'd fetch from those Dodge Runes would really help out. Hasn't happened for me yet, however :/ Still got mine.

I've read that a few times, including some Riot message... can anyone tell me HOW THE HELL the managed their database so that they cant check for players with dodge runes unlocked X times and add x*920 (or something) IP to those players's IP count.
It's just basic programmation. dont tell me today's database managers cant do that while servers are down...
