Really? On who would you go x/x/21 on these days anyway? Even if you did, you'd take it over the 6% CDR?
The only x/x/21 mastery pages I have since the change are my support page and my Ryze page. I agree that
Strength of Spirit
is good, but I don't think it's worth investing so deeply into such a non-ideal tree.
I dunno why you'd ever go x/x/21 on most solo tops over x/21/x.

Pfft, compare that to the benefits of Defence or Offence. The mana (why are you taking mana over movespeed anyway?) and the buff duration (why are you taking buffs on solo top?) don't count because they can be reached with 9 points.

3% extra hp isn't that great, armor and mr is okay but not that great, hp/lvl is good, flat hp is really good uh...that's all I can remember.
I think I would take SoS over that though...

Yes, it is without question one of the best masteries imo.
