You should put attack damage in your runes and either go 21/9/0 or 21/0/9 with the masteries. Additionally you should get some armour in your runes and preferably some magic resist. Armour penetration is must-have. My rune setup for Riven would be:
7x Greater Mark Of Desolation
2x
9x
9x
3x

My mastery setup would be 21/9/0 taking all physical damage masteries excluding and .

Also you should max ASAP, followed by . CD does not decrease when levelling it and the damage does not increase much either. Most damage comes from the scaling NOT the base damage.

Well that was about my comment on your guide. I'll hope you will do something with it and if not, well than this was a waste of my time. Anyway, good luck on improving your guide.

I listened to you and i tried it with the masteries and some of the runes that you told me... i did an 17-3-6 on 3v3... ty ;)

Can't you at least just fix the 6 pts in valor? it only take less than a minute to do so. Also, a player like HotshotGG can probably get a 50/0 with any build, however, that doesn't mean that every single build is good, it just means that the player is good.

I really dun get this, there isnt a single skill on Riven that does Magic damage or scales with AP, and summoner's insight would be much better than getting improved recall anyways.

Have you tried your own build out? Please fix this!
