i am a bit confused with your item build and skill sequence as they kinda dont match up. Based on your item build, it seems like you are going AD TF so if thats the case why would you max 
Wild Cards first? It is better to max Stacked Deck for the bonus attack speed and bigger damage on your 4th hit.
