Garen your thoughts?

Garen runes fairly offensively, and blitz runes for CDR/early game tankiness. Vayne, Graves, and Teemo could all probably pull off the tanky top lane role effectively. Garen/Blitz would most definitely win the bush game i feel.[/quote]

The former needs to spin around the target, so its easier to land a Q. Garen has to strike you to silence, and you can do that from a good range. You can stop his passive without directly hitting him, and you have true damage [/quote] Garen can completely avoid rupture while spinning. And Feral Scream is harder to land in melee range.
