Nice guide, Another thing that i would add though to the before level 30 part is that i would not really worry about wasting ip on runes. >tier3 are really of none importance. I mean unless you really want to you can waste ip on tier 1-2 but once u hit 30, youll soon realize, you might as well of just used all taht ip to buy more champs. Just my opinion though. Gj tho.
