Who said Gangplank can't be an offtank, or Kog'Maw an AP nuker, or any champ in any role Riot says they aren't? Don't be a troll just because things don't fit YOUR idea of what they should be.

I have to agree that chamions can be played how you´want to play them, but if you just buikd crit items, ofc his parrley deals insane dmg i oneshotted a guy on level 18 with my other gp build. But gp needs the tankiness to not be focused do´wn in teamfights so quickly.
Its really good :P Just a few comments I personaly have :P
Replace Phantom with Trinity: Trinity has abit less movespeed/attack speed/crit chance, but it still gives those stats plus another slow, a sheen proc for parley and overall a areally good item on him. The beauty of the sheen proc on it is its like having parley always crit, except it can stil crit :P
OR if you dont get the triity...
Replace Warmogs with Frozen Mallet: Still has nice hp boost, but gives another great slow plus some nice ad *FM+Atmas gives more AD then Warmogs+Atmas*
But jsuk...
Trinity Proc + Infinity Edge crit = op plarley, js.
I used this in a game and it also worked really well, i just personally like my buikd more :P but its also a very viable choice :D

NO,NO,NO. You got it all wrong. GP is not a Tank Solo dude, he is a carry. You destroyed him. He can jungle and destroy squishes. His parrrley can crit all game long with the correct items.
