PDs do give crit chance but 60% is too **** to be considered a crit build, especially without IE. Also, in addition to the comments above, I think that perhaps you could add
some sort of ArPen into this build. since your'e targeting squishies, Black Cleaver will work really well.

Hm, you said this is a critical build, but I didn't see any critical items!!!??! Only crit damage glyphs and they are so miserably low so they can't count! Also attack speed from marks and seals go to waste later on in the game, maybe you could put some damage marks & armor seals... No explanation on any part of this "build" whatsoever... Do some rework on your mastery trees as well cause it's lame to pick 30 points in offence when there are much better things for Yi in utility, for instance... I wont down vote you, I'll leave you to fix this guide of yours and I'll check it out again in some time... Good luck with it bro!!! I really mean it, cause it's a shame to waste time on something and it comes up empty and lame...

Same as above. This is a woefully incomplete guide, even for a champion for which there isn't much to talk about. Most of it is copy-pasta, with a few lines thrown in yourself. If you want to write a guide, at least try to make it good, or bring something new to the table if you can't improve upon what's already out there. Otherwise you're just embarrassing yourself. Won't downvote, you've got time to learn.

Next, you HAVE TO EXPLAIN why you picked your items... what you did there was simply put the stats they provide...

Also, we need to know why those summoner spells, why that skill order, why that rune page...

You really have to rework this... im not voting though
