This is not true. You forgot the soulstealer. Now, of course you won't always get a full book but when you do you're at more like 1100-ish, and with all this AP you get plenty of bonus health, which makes you near impossible to kill. I'm not saying anyone should ever use this in an actual game, I just wanted to show that it would work assuming you could get the hats and stacks.

The point of this build was never really to be the best, and I doubt it is, I just wanted to show that it's a lot more viable than one might think.

It can reach over 900, see link in summary(I think that thing's accurate...)

Separate your item section to Starting, Core and Optional, it would be easeir to read. :)
Since that pimp hat passive doesn't stack you could suggest other items if they dont want to stack hats :P

That's true if you're doing a ranked game, but for solo queue if 4000 health + 3.3 second CD heal + Cleanse + Pool of Blood isn't enough, your team is already kinda screwed. And for sure some MR and would be good in a ranked game since they probably chose Kog'maw or someone similar when they saw you pick Vlad. I just wanted to see how much AP you can possibly get, and then I was like "hmm...let's try it on Vlad! Omg that's awesome!"
