just a correction Orb of Deception cannot be maxed at level 8. The earliest a skill can be maxed is at level 9.

I think you are going to run out of mana quite easily with this build. You might need some mana regen items early on besides the Doran's Ring since you take runes or masteries in mana regen.

Other than that, information and content is quite good. Just use some bbcoding and the guide looks even better

I like the build alot, Rod of Ages is great for survivability and it finishes off with some nice CDR after building ap.

That paragraph you wrote for items could do with a linebreak, or 5 though, perhaps bullet list out your build steps, or just end line after each on.

So it looks like you do this for step one..
And this for step two
and then this and that and the hoo ha jangle.

Just an idea anway.

• If you are going to use Exhaust and Ignite, I would at least get the Summoner's Wrath mastery.
• Instead of Good Hands , I like getting Expanded Mind on AP carries, more mana :O. (but that's my opinion).
• build looks ok. cept I would get a void staff for magic pen.
• More pictures/bbcodes and more organization instead of wall of text. (helpful for readers, more fun to read :) )
