I never said this is complete, i'm not an idiot! + why did you vote? I asked you to look and say your opinion.

First of all, you really need to add some sections. This is only a build, not a guide. Add sections on choice of:
- Masteries
- Runes
- Summoner Spells
- Items + alternate items
- Jungling route
- Where to gank and when
- Other stuff

The build looks okay, though finishing with Sunfire Aegis seems a bit lackluster, since it doesn't provide that great lategame stats.
(Going with 2 really expensive slow-items seem kinda over-kill - Not that much damage, nor that much health - at least for the money).
