OMFG. I read this part...

Quoted:
Passive - 15 - 35% Spell Vamp, meaning you get 35% of the damage dealt with your spells back as life. Amazing passive, had to clear that up as i get asked what spell vamp is all the time.

and I went WTF that's what "spell vamp" means. LOL! (Im so noob at these games) It never really says that any ****n where at all. Why not call it "Spell Vampiric" so we actually can see wat it means.

You get a +1 just to explain that to me..

but you have no mana regen runes so I say you still need mana regen.

The reason you dont start with more mana regen is because you regenerate from runes, you should not be spamming that much, more mana= more time to regen and if you need to burst quickly and consecutively mana mass > mana regeneration. so i would respectfully disagree.

always start with mana regen or dorans as spell caster in ranked
