Hi there, I'm affiliated with ESR (E-Sports Rankings - www.esrank.com). We are a new league in the alpha phases and we are actively looking for teams that may be willing to participate in a beta phase once we launch.

E-Sports Rankings is a league designed for PC gamers that are interested in competing in an online free league as well as weekly tournaments for cash prizes. ESRankings currently supports DOTA 2, League of Legends, Heroes of Newerth, and Bloodline Champions. ESR is being organized by professional gamers that attempt to emulate the success of the now defunct Cyberathlete Amateur League.

if you don't have a team but are looking for one, then will you supply some way where people can at least see who is available? like a list of players that don't have a team?

ESR Will launch in early 2012. We're hard at work on the beta. Once the beta is out, we'll contact several teams so we can perfect our matchmaking algorithms and take any criticism the community may have. Afterwards, we'll release to the general public.
