Your right, it isnt even a contest. Teleport is way better, it it very handy when you need to b and then immediatly tp back into the game.

Also, why would you take first? You really should take first as it is your best harass ability. It takes only one minion wave + one minion to get to level 2. Are you really going to be farming that much?
Beacuse is your main harass and farm skill and yes, I (and u should too) am really going to farm that much.

Lastly, doesn't do enough until late game. It usually isn't felt early game when maxed out. Maxing after makes much more sense as it gives you MUCH better harass.
does better harassmnet but does way more damage combined with your ult.
