Can someone explain Guide Rating to me?

If someone upvotes you, the percentage goes up, if someone downvotes you it goes down. By what amount depends on what percent you have. So you got 6% from that upvote, but if you had already been at 90% you would have gotten like, 0.5% or something.[/quote]
