Winter seems to think it's the best thing since sliced bread, he's a Dyrus fanboy though. Personally I think jungle Singed is an unholy abomination spawned from the foul loins of the new jungle. :P
I'm betting he was using 0/21/9, MPen, armour, MR/lvl, probably MS quints. Something similar to that, I'm sure Winter can tell you.

Far from it. I've been using jungle Singed a LOT recently and you'd be surprised as to how good he is in the jungle. Not the jungle in particular I guess - I think it was to Samoh I compared Singed to Amumu. Amumu's not the best jungler in the world, but a good champion, you slap him in the jungle to overcome the problems he has on lane.
Now he can actually jungle, it's really viable. Dyrus said he's tournament material and I'd agree.
I'm actually working on a jungle Singed guide at the moment, it should be out at some point. Would be out far sooner if I didn't forget to take a screenshot of the second wolves in the custom :/

I know I remember seeing Wetdream do it in the old jungle quite succesfully a few times

Exactly why people are sceptical about it.
He's really fast and moderately sustainable because of that.

I don't agreed with him going for the Hextech Revolver, but hes jungling seems pretty solid. But sadly Dyrus (Hes name looks a lot like Dypheus) didn't really mention the runes / Masteries, so anyone here has a clue of what runes / masteries I should take? Also what is your opinion about jungling Singed, and have you expierenced it in past games? How was the enemy/ally singed?
