People who watch the streams and tell the people in-game what's going on, so they know where to ambush or gank the streamers' team. Usually, streamers have a delay on their stream to stop this from happening.

Dan talked on his stream that he has no delay so he can communicate with fans or those who need help via mIRC. That's why he is ghosted so easily.

One of my "net buddies"(classmate of my ex classmate with which I'm very good friend) once played with HotShotGG while streaming.
