[/quote] The general skill level on EUNE is generally lower i think. A higher "top" level will make the top elo easier achieveable, therefore making ALL lower elo's easier achieveable. I'm not saying 1500 elo players on EUNE would be 1400 on NA i'm just saying they would prolly be lower. u don't think that top-elo players on EUNE are worse?
