^ You're not counting the base gold per ten (13). That setup would give you a total of 30 gold per ten, which is a ward every 25 seconds.
Yeah this **** is real, these runes are much underappreciated. Must have for supports to be honest. And they are cheap, Quints are only 515 a piece and Seals 410 a piece.
Defeat is not the worst of failures. Not to have tried is the true failure.

the Gp/10 runs+masteries+2 philo/hog gives you about 17g every 10 seconds. Now if you go even further and take the assist gold mastery as well you could poop out a ward like 44 seconds.
Alistar is just shaking in excitement right there.
