Mid/Jungler Combos

Ryze's lvl 2-3 damage isn't that big, maokai's is decent shaco with redbuff is out of the question the larger of the 3. After ryze's cage u're gonna have a 100% chance of a fear from boxes. Meaning that shaco on a ryze lane will be offering the same CC as maokai level 3. (also shaco often starts red, maokai starts blue) Ryze mid wants ganks early and he wants them often! But what about level 4-5-6? U will still have a box with a bigger fear, Maokai's damage will maybe outburst a shaco's but can dodge wards maokai needs flash to be up to do so.
