Maybe you can set up buttons to piano and play keyboard cat song with it. I don't see any more potential in this mouse. I have Razer DeathAdder that has 2 additional buttons and I don't even use those.
Things turn out best for the people who make the best out of the way things turn out.

Meh, am I the only true gamer here?
I bind my 2 thumb buttons in every game I can. Especially FPS games, cuz that's where I feel they help the most.
I use button combinations for my Winamp. Shift+Ctrl+left/down/right/up/PgDn/PgUp for back/play&pause/next/stop/volume up/volume down.

The big MOBA games don't support even close to 6 thumb buttons.
LoL supports 1 thumb button and DotA 2 will probably support 2 thumb buttons (because it's in the source engine).
So you'll basically have 4 or 5 useless buttons at the side of your mouse.. (wooooooooo...)
They are bound as 1-6 on the keyboard, or any 6 buttons on the keyboard that you can then bind to spells.
The Naga is the same thing, but 12 buttons.
